Participant Commitment Agreement in which applicants agree to:

• Attend at least 90% of classes.

• Arrive on time and participate actively.

• Follow safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.

• Complete all coursework, labs, and hands-on training.

• Participate in job placement assistance, mock interviews, and career coaching after graduation.

This combination of eligibility, background, motivation, and commitment questions helps the program identify applicants who are most likely to succeed while also documenting information commonly required by workforce development grants and funding agencies.
